Over five evenings, Heiko Nieder will team up with a different guest chef in The Restaurant’s kitchen to create an exceptional 8-course dinner featuring pairings not seen before and serving up the very finest haute cuisine. At the grand finale guests can watch the Michelin-starred chefs in action at the food stations and enjoy an unforgettable end to the festival week.
The Lobster Club
The Lobster Club at the Dolder Grand is a summer pop-up dining experience with summery dishes and lots of culinary delights that will be served right through to the 7th of August. Guests will be surrounded by beautiful artwork and reinterpreted seafood, particularly lobster, in a contemporary and casual but always highly exclusive way. Swiss street artist Boogie has implemented the seafood theme in three large graffiti images displayed in the venue, showing two opposing worlds harmoniously. the creative menu includes surprising, seasonal, fresh creations such as Octopus «Ceviche», Lobster wrap California style, and Gillardeau oyster «Grand Khan».
Arabian-inspired suites
Two of the top suites at the Dolder Grand have been specifically designed with Arab guests in mind; The Carezza suite spans over 2,300 sq ft and is presented with high ceilings that blend specific patterns and colours, predominantly gold, marble and wood, while the balcony surrounds the entire suite, with a unique view of Zurich, the lake, and the Swiss Alps.
The Terrazza suite spreads out over 3,900 sq ft, covering two floors, and offering up to four bedrooms, including an exquisite primary suite. Its modern interior takes on classic lines, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and stunning city views.
