Nissan Patrol NISMO Marks a Decade of Dominance with Its Most Powerful Evolution Yet

In a region where automotive performance is revered and SUV dominance is non-negotiable, the all-new Nissan Patrol NISMO roared into the Middle East with a spectacular world premiere, fittingly hosted in the UAE, where the Patrol enjoys almost mythical status. The launch also included the regional reveal of the new Nissan Z NISMO but that is a whole new separate story.
A decade after the first Patrol NISMO was launched, Nissan has refined, reimagined, and recalibrated the icon for a new era, delivering an SUV that doesn’t just promise exhilaration but delivers it through motorsport-bred engineering. With 495 horsepower under the hood and 700 Nm of torque, the Patrol NISMO is now the most powerful iteration ever produced, thanks to a specially tuned VR35DDTT twin-turbo V6 and a recalibrated 9-speed transmission.
But this isn’t just about brute force. Nissan’s performance division has fine-tuned everything from aerodynamics to driving dynamics. A new front spoiler acts as an air splitter, the reworked suspension features NISMO-tuned E-Dampers, and forged 22-inch RAYS wheels offer reduced weight and improved handling. Add to that high-performance tires, rear-layered diffusers, and a resonant exhaust note — and the Patrol NISMO delivers a truly visceral experience.
The design remains unapologetically bold. From the red-accented “Layered Double Wing” and aggressive V-Motion grille to the sculpted rear spoiler and motorsport-inspired fog lamps, this is an SUV that wears its performance pedigree with pride. Inside, the black-and-red cabin is equally assertive, carbon finishes, red belts, suede surfaces, and NISMO stitching reinforce a cockpit built for thrill.
