Sumo Sushi & Bento Unveils Noodle Fest 2024-2025: A Winter Culinary Extravaganza

Sumo Sushi & Bento is set to warm hearts and appetites this winter with the launch of Noodle Festrunning from December 16, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Revamped and expanded from last year’s Ramen Festival, the Noodle Fest offers a vibrant blend of innovation and tradition, designed to attract food enthusiasts across the UAE. With dishes available for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, this festival promises to be a treat for all.

As part of this year’s enhanced menu, Sumo Sushi & Bento introduces a range of innovative dishes that elevate the noodle experience. Among the highlights is the Carbonara Udon, which fuses creamy Italian-inspired flavors with the heartiness of Japanese udon noodles. For those seeking a touch of indulgence, the Seafood Truffle Ramen pairs fresh seafood with the rich, earthy aroma of truffle, creating a bowl that is as luxurious as it is comforting. 

Fans of bold, spicy flavors will be delighted by the Tom Yum Ramen, which pays homage to Thailand’s iconic spicy-sour soup, while the Spicy Wagyu Ramen features tender, premium Wagyu beef complemented by a fiery broth.

In addition to these new creations, the Noodle Fest also sees the return of much-loved classics from previous festivals. Signature dishes such as Chicken Shoyu Ramen, Tempura Ramen, and Beef Chashu Ramen continue to hold their place on the menu, alongside crowd favorites like Yakisoba, Yaki Udon, and the Glass Noodle Plate. These enduring staples ensure that loyal customers will find their favorites while exploring new flavors.
