TheArsenale Cultural Hub Opens in Dubai

A New Chapter for Mobility Design and Retail Innovation

TheArsenale, the world’s leading mobility design lab founded by Patrice Meignan, has now arrived in Dubai with a stylish new conceptual, cultural and design-led space in Wafi City, through a landmark collaboration with HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mana Al Maktoum, Deputy Chairman of Wafi Group.

Located on the first floor of the prestigious Wafi City, one of Dubai’s oldest and most recognisable shopping destinations, TheArsenale Dubai marks the establishment of a permanent destination in the United Arab Emirates dedicated to mobility, innovation, and culture. More than a concept store, this new space represents a cultural hub where avant-garde vehicles, collectable machines, and design masterpieces come together to shape the future of motion. It will serve as a bridge between art, engineering, and imagination — a place where creators, collectors, and dreamers meet to explore what lies beyond mobility.

Taking centre stage will be the one-of-a-kind Renault Air4 car, a fully-functional flying vehicle made of automotive passion, engineering ingenuity, and untethered imagination. Sitting alongside are more incredible feats of style, design, and innovation, including  the Bogarde X Dior Silver BMX; a TheArsenale Edition Katalis EV1000 electric motorbike, plus a specially curated collection of rare collectables. TheArsenale team will also be taking bookings for the more exclusive collection available on their website, including the world’s only fully driveable Warner Brothers Discovery and DC-authenticated official replica of the Batman Tumbler, available for ten lucky collectors for a cool AED 11million.

With existing flagship locations in Miami, New York, Macau, Doha, and Paris, this opening reinforces TheArsenale’s mission to build a global ecosystem of innovation through unique experiences and creative collaborations.

At the opening, HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mana Al Maktoum, Deputy Chairman of Wafi Group and automobile aficionado, said, “We are proud to welcome TheArsenale to Dubai. Together, we aim to create a space that reflects the UAE’s commitment to progress, creativity, and global excellence — a destination where the future of mobility can be imagined and experienced.”

Founder and CEO of TheArsenale, Patrice Meignan, added, “Dubai embodies everything TheArsenale stands for — ambition, creativity, and a bold vision of the future. This opening is not just about expanding our presence; it’s about creating a platform for innovation and storytelling at the crossroads of design, technology, and culture.”

TheArsenale is now open at Link, Wafi City and is ready to welcome collectors, investors and fans – www.TheArsenale.com
