Beachfront Living by Ohana.
Valued at AED 4.7 billion (USD $1.3 billion), this opulent new address is nestled in Al Jurf, a serene enclave between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The development promises more than residential luxury and invites residents into a curated lifestyle rooted in design, exclusivity, and the eternal rhythm of the sea.
The project boasts 457 elegantly appointed residences, from sea-facing apartments and villas to palatial penthouses and Sky Mansions. Every element has been meticulously conceived to mirror the craftsmanship and visual storytelling synonymous with Jacob & Co.’s legacy. The penthouses start at AED 22 million, while the ultra-exclusive Sky Mansions, complete with 360-degree views and private elevators are priced from AED 77 million.
In a breathtaking design feat, the grand atrium welcomes guests beneath a 10-meter-wide ceiling art timepiece by Jacob & Co., the largest of its kind globally. Reimagining the chandelier as a functional work of art, it sets the tone for a development where time, elegance, and innovation coexist.
