I requested some local dishes at breakfast and the friendly staff obliged by preparing for me a plate with the most popular Jamaican dishes like ackee with cooked bananas, saltfish, Callaloo green vegetables, Johnny cakes (fried dough bread) and bammy flatbread. I also enjoyed fresh juices and premium Jamaican coffee.
For a more intimate dining experience, there is the Seaside Terrace, which offers stunning ocean views and a selection of seafood freshly caught from the surrounding waters. The resort also hosts themed dinner nights that provide a festive atmosphere and a taste of local music and culture.
