A few weekes ago we ventured on to the Palm Jumeirah invited by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT Center Dubai) a Korean Government organization in Dubai continues to create an avenue for Food and Cultural Exchange in the region.
We had an amazing afternoon learning how to make the famous Kimchi Salad and Kimchi pancakes.
Korea plays an important role in securing safe and sustainable food and the products we used to make the 2 dishes were easy, fast and delicious. We are glad that aT Center invites people from different communities and introduces Korean Food which are healthy and easy to prepare.
We had a lot of fun cooking with the chef and trying out various Korean delicacies afterwards.
