CEO Clubs Leaders Explore Regent Global’s Education & Innovation Ecosystem in Dubai

Executive visit brings business and education leaders together to explore future-ready talent, innovation and new opportunities for global collaboration

CEO Clubs Network members and business leaders stepped inside Regent Global’s international education and innovation ecosystem during an exclusive CEO Clubs Member Company Visit in Dubai, gaining first-hand insight into how education, technology and industry are converging to prepare the next generation of global talent.

More than a campus visit, the experience created a meaningful exchange between business and education—two forces increasingly interconnected as companies navigate AI transformation, evolving workforce demands and a rapidly changing global economy.

The members explored Regent Global’s learning environment and campus facilities while gaining insights into its educational philosophy, international pathways, technology-enabled learning and industry-focused programmes.

Where Education Meets Industry

Dr. Selva Pankaj, Group Chairman & Dr. Tharsiny Pankaj, Group CEO – highlighted Regent’s core philosophy: “The end result of education is character.” and Mr. Mehedi Alam, Director of University at Regent Global, shared Regent Global’s perspective on building stronger connections between education and the needs of tomorrow’s economy.

“The future of education is not only about what students learn, but how effectively we prepare them to navigate a changing world. By bringing education, technology and industry closer together, we can develop future-ready talent while creating stronger pathways between learning and real-world opportunity,” said Alam.

The gathering also provided an intimate networking environment for CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders to exchange perspectives, discover common interests and explore potential partnerships.

Ms. Anne David, Chief Growth Officer of Regent Global, also joined the discussions remotely, sharing her insights on the future of education, talent development, and innovation. The conversations further explored opportunities for collaboration between educational institutions and the global business community.

Sarah Dong, Managing Partner of CEO Clubs Network, emphasized the value of giving members direct access to the organizations shaping different industries.

“One of the greatest benefits of working with Regent Global is being continually inspired by their values, trust, strong sense of community, and commitment to creating meaningful impact. They are truly building for the future. We deeply appreciate Regent Global for opening its doors to our community. Experiences like this spark meaningful conversations—and the right conversations can lead to lasting partnerships and new opportunities.”The visit forms part of CEO Clubs Network’s ongoing Member Company Visit initiative, designed to turn its global membership network into a platform for knowledge exchange, executive access and strategic collaboration
