Letoile recently hosted an exclusive perfume masterclass that transported guests into the heart of artisanal fragrance craftsmanship, in collaboration with the renowned Italian niche perfume house, Fabbrica della Musa.
The intimate session featured Barbara Adelmann, the brand’s visionary Founder and Creative Director, alongside the legendary Hamid Merati-Kashani, the master perfumer behind some of the world’s most iconic scents. Together, they offered a rare glimpse into the soul of scent—where travel, culture, and the art of living become the backbone of every bottle.
Each fragrance from Fabbrica della Musa tells a story. Rooted deeply in the charm and elegance of Italy, the scents reflect moments from the creators’ personal journeys. From the arched bottle designs to the intricate patterns etched on the packaging, every detail pays homage to Italian heritage.
As Hamid beautifully put it, “The collection is all about a library of luxury moments.” And that sentiment is captured quite literally—each perfume box is designed to resemble a book, complete with a custom ‘bookmark’ that holds the fragrance’s story, ingredients, and scent notes.
Guests were also treated to a preview of a new collection in the making, inspired by travels to the Middle East, South America, and beyond—a global celebration of scent, emotion, and storytelling.
This masterclass wasn’t just about perfume—it was about connection. It was about discovering how memories, cultures, and emotions are distilled into every drop. For those lucky enough to attend, it was a rare opportunity to experience fragrance as both an art and a journey.
